Citizens from various parts across the country have expressed serious concerned over what they described as poor internet service they are experiencing on a daily basis.

The people claimed that they have made several representations to different authorities about the poor Internet service but nothing seems to be done to address the issue. The people have called on Internet Service Providers (IPSs) to do more to address the internet challenge they are facing.

“Even to download document is a challenge. The internet is either slow or the network goes off but at the same time they will eat our data. We are concerned that we are paying for services that we are not enjoying,” a student in one University, Abdul Rahman Kamara confided in this medium.

They called on the National Telecommunications Authority (NaTCA) to do more to address this burning issue. He said the poor internet service is seriously hampering their work, despite paying amount for it.
