DHL Reacts to Rumors on Closure of its Operation in Sierra Leone
Salamatu Y. Kamara Dalsey Hillblom Lynn popularly known as DHL has debunked social media rumors saying the company will soon close its operation in Siera Leone.
In its statement, the company stated that “DHL Sierra Leone is open for business and there is no plans to close in Sierra Leone. We are here to stay and provide our customers with reliable service, the statement reads.
Over the past weeks, rumors have been circulating on social media alleging that several foreign companies in Sierra Leone including DHL will stop their operation in the country due to the economic status of the country.
DHL is one of the largest shipping international companies in the world operating in over 200 countries and Sierra Leone is no exception.
