Dr. Sylvia Olayinka Blyden has blasted former president, Ernest Bai Koroma, referring to him as a disgrace to democracy.
Dr. Blyden made this stateion on social media while responding to the directives of the Political Parties Registration Commission (PPRC) on the newly drafted APC Party Constitution.
“Even PPRC never saw this defiance to obey Ruling on Article 16 because they cant imagine ‘Ernest Bai Koroma’ stoops so low! But when dealing with Koroma Jihadists, never you assign decency to them. Imagine if I had not AGAIN detected this?” She stated.
In her letter written to APC Secretariat, Blyden accused them of ignoring her greatest victories at the PPRC hearings.

“I hereby reference the directives from the PPRC which supported my objections that to avoid unscrupulous SELECTION of delegates, the constitution should clearly state that all delegates representing entities at the National Delegate Conference should be ELECTED by their entities they represent as per section 35 (2) of Sierra Leone 1991 Constitution, which calls for democratic principle to be adhered to within registered political parties,” she asserted.
Blyden further accused the APC of failing to adhere to the directives of the PPRC for them to get a more democratic constitution.
