Sierra Leone’s First Lady, Fatima Bio, received a prestigious award from the West Africa Youth Assembly during the opening session of the ECOWAS Female Parliamentarians Association (ECOFEPA) Summit.

One of Dr. Bio’s most recognized initiatives is the “Hands Off Our Girls” campaign. This impactful movement tackles critical issues like gender-based violence, teenage pregnancy, and child marriage in Sierra Leone.
