More than 3 hours of continuous rain in Freetown has caused the Manfred Lane junction at Kissy Road to Flood.
From upper Manfred Lane down to the front of Road Transport office, to the main kissy road have been deteriorated with water flooding everywhere.
Culverts have been covered and the street dug in potholes which have caused vehicles to be stuck.
Bike Riders are finding it difficult to cross and passers by are being soaked before they can cross.
The water has also transfered and flooded a compound next to the Manfred Lane.
