The Human Rights Commission-Sierra Leone has successfully retain their grade A status from the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI).
At an event held in Paris yesterday, the HRC-SL received their reaccreditation status from the global human rights institution.
The Commission said that their reaccreditation is due to recent reforms made for the protection and promotion of human rights in Sierra Leone.
They added that the feat is also due to the reason that the Sierra Leone human rights institution was compliant with global standards.
