The former Vice President of the erstwhile All Peoples Congress (APC) led government of Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma, Victor Bockarie Foh has said that he will vote and campaign for President Rtd. Brig. Julius Maada Bio for what he referred to as his development strides.

Victor Bockarie Foh was addressing a gathering of Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) members and supporters in the Southern part of the country when he publicly made the said pronouncement.

He revealed that, “you see Alpha Khan, he is straight, he is my younger brother, we love Salone, and this is the reason when we say we love Maada, yes indeed, we love him, and this is because he is developing this country.”

According to him, all what President Bio has done is to ensure that there is an inclusive government. “What else do citizens want?” he asked, adding “changing government and jumping from the frying pan inot the fire?” He urged all and sundry to vote for Maada Bio come 2023 presidential election.

Meanwhile, members of the APC have referred to what Victor Foh is engaged in as anti-party activities and that should he continues like that, he would be running the risk of being expelled from the party.

According to many since his party lost the 2018 presidential election, Victor Foh has been accused by party supporters and members of making statements that are negative against his party.

Some APC party supporters and member who watched the video where Victor Foh called on citizens to voter for Maada Bio expressed disappointment after benefiting from the largess of the APC in no small measure.
