The Independent Procurement Review Panel (IPRP) in a press release has announced the movement of office for complaints from bidders and suppliers from 3A Wellington Street to Charlotte Street, second floor in Freetown.

They advise that all complaints from aggrieved bidders and suppliers, notices, and other documents be addressed, lodged, and served at the above address.

They also announced that the independent Procurement Review Panel was formed under Section 68(1) of the National and Public Procurement Act (NPPA) No. 10 of 2016 and the Regulation Statutory Instrument No. 15 of 2020 to review complaints appeals from dissatisfied bidders about the decision of procuring entity.
