The Minister of Information and Communication, Mohamed Rahman Swaray has revealed that Five Years is not enough for the successful implementation of all government policies even in advanced countries.

He made the said statement in a local radio program while justifying President Bio Second Term bid.

He confirmed that the APC wrecked this country and they are rebuilding it block by block and layer by layer. He thanked President Bio for rebuilding the country. If not, it would have collapsed.

He further stated that in the area of Higher Education, President Bio is a man of his word as he committed to depoliticizing the University by resigning as Chancellor of the University.

He added that the University can now recruit its leadership who are academics with the right network and research TOOLS to utilize Private sector resources.

He further encapsulates that the government has also introduced the Student loan scheme with Scholarships for Female science students who passed their final transitional exams.

He further revealed that the government committed to providing scholarships to the Children of Teachers who have served for long years and they do it.

He confirmed that In the coming days or months, they will start doing Testimonials for the beneficiaries.

As government introduced the Free Quality Education, he cautioned Parents that they still have a responsibility because the government cannot outsource the parenting.

He pointed out that it doesn’t mean because the government introduced the Free Quality Education parent should renege in their responsibility as the government is just assisting.
