One of the three-man R&B band out of Sierra Leone Edward Wright popularly known as Kontri Boss who is among the fortunate to enter into the Housemates Salone Season 3 reality TV show has on requested by Big brother of the house disclosed his reasons and expectations for contesting for this season 3 show. 

When Kontri Boss, Eddie 441 was asked his reasons and expectations coming into the House Mate Salone Season 3, One of the reasons he stated was as a result of the Sierra Leone Entertainment industry. Eddie 441 looks at himself as the rep for the entertainment industry in the house.

According to him, the entertainment industry in Sierra Leone is declining. “One of my reasons in the house, I think the Sierra Leone Entertainment or Sierra Leone music industry is declining and I am here to start a campaign on supporting 90% of using local contents…” he mentioned.

He added that, he believed 90% of local content in the entertainment industry will yield positive to Sierra Leoneans directly or indirectly. He continued saying, he had an affirmed belief that the 90% of local content in the industry can create a change in the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the entertainment sector.

Deliberating on his expectations in the house, he mentioned his expectation is to make a change in the house with whatever he has to do. He added that, he is not just the only rep of the industry but other musicians and he disclosed of having to team up together in his campaign to make the entertainment industry an industry worth proud of.

By collaboration and team spirit with fellow housemates, Eddie believes that if they team together, they could make a difference outside the house by meeting law makers and the masses discussion what is needed to make the industry great again how each and every Sierra Leone is a building block to make this happen, and that none is less important in this process.
