Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, one of the leading Pan Africanists and founder of the PLO Lumumba Foundation has sent a calling message to all Sierra Leoneans on the 27th April, 2023 marking the 62nd Independence Anniversary celebration of the country.

As the country clocks 62 years since 1961 when it regained political independence from its colonial masters, many nations, individuals and other connected facets are wishing the great nation peace and prosperity as it approaches the general elections in June this year.

“Happy Independence Day Sierra Leone, we wish the people of Sierra Leone peace and prosperity as they celebrate 62 years since regaining political independence” he stated in conjunction with his foundation’s wish.
