A Sierra Leonean national, Joseph Morlai Conteh, is currently in urgent need of a life-saving medical operation in Ghana after being diagnosed with a severely damaged kidney.
Medical assessments from multiple hospitals have confirmed that one of his kidneys has stopped functioning completely. While doctors have ruled out the need for a kidney transplant, they have recommended an emergency surgical procedure that costs $4,000.
Joseph is reportedly enduring excruciating pain daily and has been unable to sleep at night due to the intensity of his condition. His health continues to deteriorate, and doctors have emphasized the urgency of the operation to prevent further complications.
A public appeal is now being made for financial assistance from compassionate individuals, organizations, and members of the Sierra Leonean community at home and abroad to help save Joseph’s life.
