The National Commission For Democracy (NCD) has on the 26th April, 2023 concluded a message validation workshop ahead of the June 24 general elections at the Freetown city hall.

The workshop which was supported by the international IDEA with funding from the European Union focused on a critical assessment that was rolled out for the right voter and civic education messages for the 2023 elections.

They discussed strategies on how to get positive preached out messages that will have a national call and cohesion for all Sierra Leoneans in the country.

The Commission as their core mandate of promoting democratic good governance in Sierra Leone has been focused at preaching peace and monitoring the processes to ensure a peaceful nation before, during and after elections.
