The Executive Director National Sports Authority (NSA), Kenneth Brima, has on Sunday, 23rd April 2023, donated to the Kamboi Eagles Football Club in Kenema a sum of Nle 20,000.

This donation was made as part of his own financial support to develop the club in cubing the financial challenge it is faced with.

Keneth Brima noted that, Kamboi Eagles is the only team representing Kenema District in the Sierra Leone Premier Legue and needs various support to boost the players and the management for a better performance and he hopes that, the team and its management can work hard to bring smile to the people of Kenema.

“Kamboi Eagles is the only Kenema District football team representing in the Sierra Leone Premier League. With financial and other supports, the team can do well.

My dream for the team is high. Together, we can make Kamboi Eagles the Pride of Sierra Leone in terms of football” he said.

The Former Football Captain, Christian Elogima Vandi said he was delighted with the team’s performance and the 1-0 victory over Real Republicans FC in the country’s elite football league in his address to club officials and players at the Kenema City Field.

It is on record that, he has been involved in series of donation to different football teams and other community engagement in the eastern region including the female in Kenema district called Kahunla queens.
