The Old Edwardian’s Alumni of United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland have today donated a state of the Art table tennis, basketball and football equipment to the school in Kingtom, Freetown.
The sporting equipment were displayed on the school Maypark ground and was witnessed by teachers, students and members of the Old Edwardians.
“Immense and grateful. Thanks to Mr. IKK and fellow Old Edwardians in UK and Ireland for this laudable, breathtaking and sophisticated donations; the paraphernalia for Soccer, Basketball and ping pong,” Sulaiman Sugar Prince Conteh stated.
“May God richly bless you all profoundly and make ample financial provisions for you and your families, at home and in Europe,” he added.

Saint Edwards is one of the finest schools in the country. lt has produced presidents, ministers, parliamentarians, diplomats, intellectuals, sporting heroes, and other prominent individuals that have contributed immensely to the development of Sierra Leone.
The school last month celebrated its 100 years of academic excellence in the country.
