Orange Sierra Leone has joined the global celebration of Customer Service Week 2025, under the inspiring theme “Mission Possible.”
The weeklong commemoration, running from October 6th to 10th, highlights Orange’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and strengthening community engagement nationwide.
The activities commenced with the official launch on October 6th, followed by a Product and Service Quiz Competition on October 7th. On October 8th, Orange teams took to the streets for the annual “Feet on the Street” outreach, engaging directly with customers in their communities to support National Identification Number (NIN) registration and SIM updates.
Simplifying NIN-SIM Registration
As part of the “Feet on the Street” initiative, Orange staff are present in various communities across Sierra Leone, assisting customers in updating their SIM cards with their NINs.
Customers can also complete the registration process by following these simple steps:
1. Dial *999# on your phone
2. Select Option 4 and enter your NIN Number
3. Enter your Year of Birth
4. Wait for an SMS notification confirming verification
This effort demonstrates Orange’s commitment to ensuring convenience and accessibility for every customer.
Be a “Soba Kaiba” and Win Big
In celebration of the week, Orange Sierra Leone is also rewarding customers through its “Soba Kaiba” promotion, offering over Le 5 million in prizes including kekehs, motorbikes, generators, solar kits, and more.
To qualify:
