David Mansaray, CEO of Orange Money, led a session on the future of digital financial services in Sierra Leone at the 2024 Sierra Leone Innovates Tech Summit.

The event, held at the Bitumani Conference Hall, drew over 150 attendees and featured engaging Q&A sessions.

Orange Money, a key player in Sierra Leone’s digital financial ecosystem, showcased its innovative technology and digital initiatives.

 

The session included testimonials from past winners of the Orange Social Venture Prize and highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering a robust digital ecosystem in the country.

Orange Sierra Leone partnered with the Ministry of Communication, Technology, and Innovation to host the summit, which aims to promote tech, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The company is providing free online computer courses to young Sierra Leoneans through its Orange Digital Service (ODS) platform, equipping them with critical skills for the digital economy.
