The United Nations Development Fund (UNDP) in Sierra Leone has informed that the payment of temporary polling personnel is ongoing for the staff whose details were recently confirmed by the ECSL/UNDP Call Center.
This was communicated through their website on Monday 2nd October, 2023.
According to the UNDP, verified staff should soon receive an SMS with their individual SIM Korpor e-voucher codes to cash their payment at any branch of Rokel Commercial (RC) Bank, existing SIM Korpor agents, or the centers where the polling personnel were trained by ECSL.
The UNDP encouraged all verified staff to bring the valid government-issued ID (national identity card, voter ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) used to confirm their details during the verification process.

Honestly ECSL/UNDP are heartless and they are undermining our democracy since June 24 Election update no alert no money why is that bad when we risked our lives to do the job?
I worked as Presding Officer and I did my mobile online verification since August 15 but up to now I never receive any alert yet so I want to know if am not going to get my payment?Because this is totally bad some of us travel through the sea using canoe without life jacket,without food and allowance we went and borrow money just to complete our task then up til now no money instead they are just giving us fake promise Mr President please you need to take our matter into a consideration we are not happy
How people should survive, work for government 4 month now no pay, how u want private investor to do, will follow the same foot steps as government
