The Local unit Commander of Waterloo Division, CSP Mr. Ibrahim M. Sama arrested 13 young boys at a place called ‘Kakapo Ghetto’ at 555, Lumpa, Waterloo.

The young boys made their first appearance at the Magistrate’s Court, King Yard, Waterloo after their arrest.

According to the investigation officer the 13 accused persons were arraigned in court on One Count Charge of being found in a place used for smoking of cannabis sativa, contrary to section 49(1) of the Pharmacy and Drug Act, 2001.
