During the Commander’s Meeting, ACP Dr. John Martin Senesie, the Regional Police Commander of Freetown-East, addressed his various police commanders regarding security and general policing strategies for the entire Freetown region.

Dr. Senesie commenced the meeting by expressing gratitude to all commanders for their collaborative efforts in ensuring a peaceful election process. During the meeting, the commanders reported that the entire region remained calm. Regional Crime Officer D/DSP Mohamed Amara encouraged operations officers to persistently conduct robust raids on ghettos and other areas known for criminal activities.

Mr. Greene, the LPPB regional secretary, extended gratitude and appreciation to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and the entire Executive Management Board for their unwavering support. He reassured the commanders that the LPPB was always ready to assist the police through community sensitization efforts aimed at promoting peace and preventing crime.

In conclusion, the Regional Commander expressed profound gratitude and appreciation to all personnel in the region for their dedicated service in providing successful security coverage throughout the recently concluded multi-tier election.
