The Political Party Registration Commission (PPRC) has on Tuesday 18th October 2022 published the final copy of the All Peoples Congress (APC) 2022 Transitional Elections Rules and Regulation.

The news we came to know on a press statement issued from the office of the PPRC. According to the press statement, it was vividly stated that in the next fourteen days from the time of publication to Tuesday 1st November 2022, APC 2022 Transitional Elections Rules and Regulations will become law.

The PPRC continued that copies on the gazette can be purchased from the Government Bookshop at Wallace Johnson.

On the press statement, it reads:

“Pursuant to Section 24 (2) (b) of the Political Parties Act (PPA) No. 3 of 2002, the public is hereby informed that the Political Parties Registration Commission (PPRC) has published in the Sierra Leone Gazette (Vol. CXLX111 No. 76) the Final Copy of the All Peoples Congress (APC) 2022 Transitional Elections Rules and Regulation on Tuesday 18th October 2022 for fourteen (14) days.

The publication is for the period ending on Tuesday 1st November 2022 after which it becomes law.

The gazette can be purchased from the Government Bookshop at Wallace Johnson
