President Julius Maada Bio announced on his X (formerly Twitter) page that he recently held a productive bilateral meeting with H.E. Denis Bećirović, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The discussion focused on critical global issues concerning peace and security.

During the meeting, both leaders exchanged valuable insights from their nations’ experiences in peace-building, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and peaceful resolutions to disputes. President Bio highlighted Sierra Leone’s leadership role in the United Nations Security Council, reiterating the country’s commitment to fostering international cooperation and stability.
