President Bio has on the 14th August, 2023 urged all appointed ministers, deputies and other appointees to deliver on their mandate for the people of the country or e deleted from their services.
The president has made this statement at the opening of workshop on public service system for all ministers, ministers of state, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries and professional heads at the Freetown international conference centre.
The president further maintained that he will not fail the people of the country and is not ready to accept failure from anyone of his appointees.
He stressed on the point that the people of Sierra Leone deserve better and he is expecting everyone to work for the best interest of citizens as that was why they were elected into office.
That is the reason why the pump price of fuel continues to increase. 60% of your appointees are not working in the interest of the masses. They are the reason behind this high cost of living.

Building human capital Mr president, Your government should employ every senior second school graduate in to the Sierra Leone force (police or Soldier) He or She should save the government for fifteen years after which He or She may decide whether to continue or move to another area of life, and during the service thirty percent of salary will be save composure add to the benefits He or She will start a better life,if your government watch in to this you can see that there are a lot of other things that the people of this country is crying for would be solved, thanks Mr president hoping you consider it best.

For us to achieve as Sierra Leoneans and make our home a better place where other people will admire to come and stay, we need to put the interest of the nation first over partisan politics. Secondly, as citizens we also need to put into practice our own responsibilities that is expected of us. By so doing, our nation will emerged as one of the best in Africa. For us to feed ourselves as a nation, we should stop this tribalism, hate speeches, regionalism and focus on working as one to develop our country which we always claimed that we pledge our love and royalty for .
