After a successful election, the emerging president of Sierra Leone Taekwondo president Oness Abayomi Johnson has concluded a two days visit to the North West Region of Sierra Leone Kafu Bullum Chiefdom in Port Loko District.

The purpose of the visit according to Mr. Johnson is to foster the development of Taekwondo Martial Arts Sport in the District and bring awareness of the sport to schools and help revive it with the Military Camp in Lungi.

Chairman North West Sierra Leone Association of Taekwondo Gerald L.A Davies expressed thanks and appreciation to the school pupils and their parents for their warm embrace of the sport in just their first engagement with them.

He affirmed that the newly elected Administration visits to different schools in Port Loko is part of their strategy to catch young Martial Arts Sports.
He noted that, they plan to tour around the entire country to spread the sport to different schools, because the association plans to make the short an enviable one in the country.
