A report has shown that Qnet a traveling agency that has changed its name to Qlearn has once again duped some Sierra Leonean with the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Million Leones.

The organization is said to be involved in the recruitment of Sierra Leoneans for overseas traveling programs to seek greener pastures and job opportunities.

According to the report, after the Sierra Leone Police succeeded in closing down the QNET offices in Freetown and apprehended defaulters who are said to be agents, another set of resurfaced fraudsters had galvanized themselves under the name of QLEARN who have already succeeded in duping One Hundred and Twenty Million Leones from eight Sierra Leoneans for overseas travel.

“We decided to report the agents whose offices are isolatedly located at the hilltop in the East end of the capital city to the Police Training School (PTS) after we had noticed that the program was not only fake, but it was also not recognized by the government of Sierra Leone”.

The fraud victims have alleged that police of PTS released the detained agent on bail without their consent after looting a huge amount of money from them.

The victims are asking the police to let them know the guarantors that signed to pay back their money as they are willing to fight back until the truth prevails.

It is said that the Qlearn agents answered to the police that they received the said maximum amount of Le120M from the eight disappointed customers.

A report has stated that after the release of the agents, they started boasting they have paid the money at the PTS and went further to threaten all the customers that took the bold decision to drag them to the police to get justice at the end of it all.

However, these victims are calling on the intervention of the central government of President Bio the fact that the police who should have protected lives and properties had allegedly taken sides in the matter in favor of the accused agents after receiving bribes in the tune of millions of Leones.
