As a show of appreciation to its numerous valuable customers and in marking this year’s Islamic month of fasting, Rokel Commercial Bank, led by its Managing Director, Dr Walton E. Gilpin has donated Ramadan Hampers to five top Muslim customers in Makeni and five top Muslim customers in Kono respectively on Friday 31st March and Saturday 1st April 2023.

The deserving customers for the Ramadan Hampers were identified by the Branch Managers of RCBank Mr Abubakarr Bah and Mr Daniel Moseray of the Makeni and Koidu branches respectively.

The hampers were received in gleeful moments by the customers who considered the items to be a sound approbation for the Banker Customer relationship of RCBank.

Ramadan is a holy month observed by Muslims. During this month, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset every day. Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam, which also include faith, prayer, a pilgrimage to Mecca, and giving to charity.

RCBaank Donations in Freetown and other parts of the country will be ongoing before the Holy Month of Ramadan ends.
