In a notable display of inter-force cooperation, the 14th Infantry Battalion of the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) joined hands with the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) Pujehun Division to construct a Local Cane Stick Perimeter Fence around the Police Station.
The initiative was spearheaded by the Local Unit Commander (LUC) Superintendent Rashid Osman Koroma, who sought to create a safer and more ideal working environment for the SLP personnel.
Under the astute leadership of Lt. Cornel Sahr Matturi, the 14th Battalion personnel wholeheartedly participated in the project, demonstrating the strength of their working relationship with the SLP.
This Mini Self-Sponsored Project was personally undertaken by LUC Supt Mr. Rashid Osman Koroma, with invaluable support from ASP Mrs. Patricia Lombe Kobba and the personnel of the Pujehun Division.

The newly constructed perimeter fence marks a significant achievement in the short time of LUC Supt Mr. Rashid Osman Koroma’s leadership.
Not only will the fence protect and demarcate SLP’s assets, but it will also act as a powerful deterrent to potential intruders, further fortifying the security of the police premises.
