Facebook post questioned the Minister of Energy Alhaji Kanja Sesay regarding the way and manner EDSA is switching power on and off.
He said it will be good for the public to know how the Electricity Distribution Supply Authority decides to switch power on and off.
He further questioned the minister about who gives instructions on when and how power should be switched on and off, especially at night.
He ends by asking if there is a schedule on how many times power should be switched on and off.
