David Sengeh Commends Radical Inclusion Movement for Freeing Over 100 Prisoners And Supporting Vulnerable Communities

Sierra Leone’s Chief Minister, David Moinina Sengeh recently shared a post about the ongoing work of the Radical Inclusion Movement (RIM) and its impact on communities nationwide.

According to Sengeh, RIM has helped over 100 people who were incarcerated due to their inability to pay fines. With financial support from RIM, these individuals were able to cover their fines and regain their freedom.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that RIM’s legal team has been assisting dozens of marginalized individuals, providing them with legal support and representation when needed.

In addition to its legal work, the Chief Minister noted that RIM has fed thousands of children, especially during public holidays, ensuring they are well-cared for and celebrated. The movement has also provided youth with valuable opportunities, such as scholarships, travel, and business ventures, to help them reach their potential.

The Chief Minister pointed out RIM’s focus on improving infrastructure for vulnerable groups, including the installation of an elevator at the SLPP Party Office to make the building more accessible to elderly and sick individuals.

The Chief Minister praised RIM’s ongoing efforts, saying that these initiatives are making a real difference in communities and encouraging further support for their work.
