Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh has concluded a productive visit to Dubai, UAE, following his participation in the World Government Summit.

The trip aimed to bolster global relations, promote inclusive economic growth, and advance education initiatives for Sierra Leone.

At the summit, Dr. Sengeh delivered a keynote address on “New Economic Revolution: An African Perspective,” advocating for radical institutional reforms and social-democratic solutions that benefit all sectors.

He highlighted the urgent need for Africa to adopt new approaches to foster sustainable development. His remarks were shared with other distinguished African leaders, including Dr. Akinwumi Adesina and Tony Elumelu.

Dr. Sengeh also led discussions at the Future of Education Forum, stressing the importance of global investment in quality, inclusive education.

He shared insights into President Julius Maada Bio’s vision for making education accessible and affordable for all Sierra Leoneans.

On the sidelines of the summit, Dr. Sengeh engaged with Elcome LLC’s leadership to explore the monetization of social media content in Sierra Leone, providing financial incentives for content creators.

He also discussed President Bio’s ongoing digital transformation efforts to enhance the country’s technological landscape.
