The republic of Sierra Leone has been elected to the Vice-Presidency of the United Nations General Assembly.
Alie Kabba, the country’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations disclosed this in a tweet on Monday.
Meanwhile, Abdulla Shahid of the Maldives has also been elected President of the United Nations General Assembly at the 76th General assembly.
