Sierra Leone has been ranked 54 out of 163 countries in the 2021 Global Peace Index.

The country has an overall score of 1.856 in the 2021 ranking of peaceful countries.

Sierra Leone rose up two steps in the Ranking from 56 in 2020 to 54 in 2021.

Sierra Leone is ranked 3rd or 4th as Africa’s most peaceful country in 2021.

The 2021 Global Peace Index shows Iceland being the number one most peaceful country in the world and Iraq being the least.

The Global Peace Index is produced by the Institute for Economics and Peace, and it’s the World’s leading measure for global peacefulness.
