Sylvia Olayinka Blyden has received serious bashing from Sierra Leoneans over the message she posted on twitter speaking on respecting law and order, soon after the Mayor of Freetown, Yvonne Aki-Sawyer was arrested.
In her post on twitter, she mentioned that too much lawlessness by esteemed authorities emboldens lawlessness by ordinary people, therefore such authorities should be dealt with and can be detained for up to ten days by the police.
This sparked many comments from Sierra Leoneans as some believed to be opposition supporters slams her with mean an insulting words.
They called her evil, greedy and selfish and stated how she is jealous of the Freetown’s Mayor, Yvonne Aki-Sawyer.
Some of them hitted very hard by Stating that she was a key player in all the crimes committed by the RUF, adding that she should be careful with her dirty politics she is playing in the country and that she should sit and think of her life.
Whiles these people believed to be supporters of the opposition party bashed at her with mean and insulting comments, others appreciated the post and praised her for speaking on respecting law and order in the country.
See post below:
If an Authority obstructs, RIGHT AT POLICE STATION, it emboldens ordinary folk to KILL policemen. Such an Authority should be handled; no matter who it is. President cannot be jailed but VP, Speaker, Chief Justice, Minister, MP, etc. can be detained🔐 by Police for up to 10 days. pic.twitter.com/gHgaQLKr9M
