The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Vice President II, Prince Saquee, as Match Commissioner for two high-profile continental club matches taking place in Liberia later this month.
Mr. Saquee will oversee the CAF Champions League preliminary clash between Liberia’s FC Fassell and Algeria’s MC Alger on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Paynesville-Samuel Kayon Doe Sports Complex.
He is also set to manage proceedings for the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary fixture the following day, Sunday, September 21, when Liberia’s Black Man Warrior hosts Coton Sport of Benin at the same venue.
This appointment reflects Mr. Saquee’s growing reputation in African football, built on years of distinguished service as a Match Commissioner in both CAF and FIFA competitions.
His role ensures that matches adhere to the highest standards of fairness, organization, and compliance with CAF regulations.
