The Head of Communication of the Sierra Leone Judiciary has expressed disappointment in the EU Election Follow-Up Mission for their recent findings in the status of the Judiciary in Sierra Leone.

He made such statement on Radion Democracy on the 1st November, 2021.

He stated that the report of the EU Election Follow-Up Mission is unverified, adding that the Mission was unprofessional in their findings.

He stated that the Mission went out of their mandate to meddle with other issues. He explained that the EU Mission should have engaged institutions mentioned in their report.

He said that the EU Mission’s statement that their is decline in trust in Sierra Leone’s Judiciary is unfounded, and that there is no data supporting such a claim.
