The National Tourist Board has issued a notice to the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs and the National Tourist Beard that some beach bars and restaurants have transformed their outfits to night clubs thus creating a lot of Noise pollution for the hotels and other hospitality facilities along the Lumley beach.
The Board cautioned that playing very loud music that inconveniences your neighbours is in contravention of the beach policy guidelines and the Public Order Act of 1965.
All beach Bars, nightclubs and other related facilities are further informed that all loud music should be turned off at 2:00 AM; failure to do so will leave the National Tourist Board with no option but to close the said facility.
