UN Secretary General Commends President Bio

The Secretary General of United Nations, General António Guterres has commended the leadership qualities of the President of Sierra Leone, His Excellency Julius Maada Bio.
António Guterres made these commendations when he met with President Bio during the 76th United Nations General Assembly in New York.
