The Unite Nations Women in Sierra Leone has provided a technical support to the executive members of the All Political Parties Women Association in the country.

The support came by during the time when the all political parties women association embarked on two days retreat based on developing the annual work plan for 2024-2025.

They secured funding from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) within Sierra Leone’s electoral budget.

The association has also followed up with the senior leadership of the Sierra Leone Police on rolling out actions in the implementation of assessment report recommendations after a successful barrier assessment on measuring opportunities for women in peace operations.
