Why AG Anthony Brewah Was Sacked – Thomas Dixon
Report reaching me revealed that former AG, Anthony Brewah was the one who personally inserted the name of Baimba Moiforay (LAC) into the list of clemency.
The normal process is this: Correctional Center generates the list, the list moves to CID for vetting, from CID it goes to ONS and finally to the AG’s Office!
The report revealed that the only time LAC’s name was put on the list was when it got to the AG’s Office!
The AG who chairs the committee because the Vice President was away on CLG Negotiation together with Minister of Energy in Ivory Coast and Ghana was asked in the last meeting about the name he personally inserted but he (Former AG)was very desperate and insisted that the name be retained on the list inspite of vehement opposition from committee members!
