The Women’s Forum Sierra Leone which is a national woman’s organization comprising over three hundred (300) women groups across the country has paid a courtesy call on the first lady of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Fatima Bio.

The visit to the first lady was to congratulate the President Bio and to show their willingness to work with the first lady in achieving the focus of the president in development and promoting the activities of women in the country.

They also maintained that, the will work with the office of the first lady to ensure that the Gender bill and all other issues related to the growth and development of women are been popularized and promoted in every sector and area of the country.

The first lady had also engaged the Young African Women Congress on similar discussion and maintained that, she may work with them in making sure that the women get the space they wanted in every aspect of the governance system.
