The governing Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) had long ago enacted the proportional Representation Parliamentary electoral system known as District Block system, into the laws of Sierra Leone. This was done when the SLPP was governing Sierra Leone between 1996 to 2002 under the First Term of the Head of State, He President Ahamad Tejan Kabbah who was by then the SLPP Leader.

As I explained in my educative Audio Broadcast from 15Months ago , this was done through a constitutional Amendments that was passed in Parliament made up of six Political Parties (SLPP, UNPP, PDP, APC, NUP, DCP)back on the 21st December 2001.

District Block PR system was assented to become law on 25thJanuary 2002 by President Kabbah who was then the SLPP Leader. The P.R. System came into full force on 7th February 2002 and it has firmly-remained on the Constitution as part of the Laws of Sierra Leone ever since including throughout the eleven (11) years tenure of the APC-led Government of Former President Ernest Bai Koroma. This period included when current APC Parliamentary Opposition Leader Hon. Chernor ‘Chericoco’ Bah was the Deputy Speaker of Parliament. The information in my Audios was imparted out by me throughout last year and on to early this year when I was strongly cautioning erstwhile APC Leader Ernest Bai Koroma to stop telling our APC Deople to challenge the Census. nfact, in my Audio-018 of April 11th 2021 and in my Audio-019 of April 12th 2021 and in my Audio-020 of April 14th 2021 and in my audio-021 of April 17th 2021, I diligently raised alarms on the sue of that particular 20 years old Constitutional Amendment and
the connotative impact any boycott of a legitimate Census would automatically have on the method of the next parliamentary elections.

The outcome of my diligent advise to Ernest Bai Koroma, was fo the notorious ventriloquist puppies of Koroma to throw out huge amounts of very unpleasant invectives against me.

They even extended the very abusive insults to my Mother who was by then still alive. They continued abusing my mother’s good memory after she passed away last year.

Why did they abuse my Mother? Well, all the abuses was because I had been diligently raising the alarms to guide the APC and to guide this country. Today, we are where we are. All my alarms are now proving to br accurate, correct, very far-sighted and with fore-sight. We are now where we are. May God bless Sierra Leone.
