Former Anti Corruption Commissioner and member of the All People’s Congress (APC), Ady Macauley has openly criticised the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone for failing to publish “the full and completed” voter register.
“The shameful refusal by ECSL and Mohamed Konneh to publish the full and completed disaggregated voter register 3 weeks to election will lead to the inescapable conclusion that the reason behind the refusal is the intention to rig the elections,” Macauley said.
The former ACC boss holds the belief that the ECSL’s intention is to disenfranchise some locals in the country.
“But one thing is very clear, this evil outcome is one that we the people will resist and will not accept,” he said.
This is not the first time the former ACC commissioner has called out the ECSL.
The ECSL said that they have already published the voter register but members of the APC have contested some of the figures in the register.
The former mayor of Freetown, Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr was the first to debunk the ECSL’s released voter register citing that it was different from what the party requested for.

I wonder why people are selling their integrity for something that will not last forever.
The ECSL Boss has the intention to RIG the election in favour of his party, the PAOPA.
Of course, this is NOT the true SLPP party. The actual SLPP party has some people with Integrity. Most of those people are Honest; I will not call names.
The present government is made up of RUF members who were hired by the SLPP party to fight against the Siaka Stevens’ APC government.
Now, those hired members have succeeded to highjack the SLPP party which they now call PAOPA.
Oh SLPP party, u na sorry. You are going to loose this election and have to wait for more than ten years.
Please don’t give the SLPP party to thieves, killers, liers, roughs and those who cannot govern well. Those who who call First Lady, Her Excellency.WHAT!!
