In an interview with BBC, Dr. Mathew Wilson Kamara explains the possible outcome if the Electoral commission Of Sierra Leone boss, Mohamed Konneh and other commissioners do not resign their post. This came up after the All People’s Congress flagbearer in a press conference give ultimatum for all commissioners to resign because of the manner in which they have been manning the activities towards the June 24th 2023 general elections.

Dr. Samura Kamara when replying to the question raised by the BBC journalist of his reaction after the expiration of the 72 hours ultimatum, he said that he will call on his fellow comrades to discuss on their next plan.

He added that they will not like the country to go into any violence so they will imply the ECSL follow due process by doing the necessary thing to provide free and fair elections.

Mohamed Konneh on the other hand of the same interview said that he will not resign including his colleagues commissioners will also not resign.

The 72 hours has expired today and everyone awaits the reaction of the opposition APC.
