Voters in Makeni Rogbureh Center have raised concerns today, June 24 over Ballot Boxes being stationed in an enclosed classroom for voting.
According to an eyewitness, the voting was to take place in “Open Barray” but the boxes were later transferred in an enclosed classroom for voting.
Some Voters fear that because the ballot box is being stationed in an enclosed classroom there might be the possibility of Ballot stuffing.
However, some stakeholders within the community have intervened to calm the tension at the Pooling Centers. According to reports, the election management body staff ECSL and some have assured addressing the situation. (Adipex)
