Alie Conteh “Nzonzi” who previously played for Sierra Leone FC Kallon, East End Lions, and Goderich United has joined the Norwegian club OBOS-Ligaeb side Mjondalen for their pre-season training in Spain.

Founded in 1910, Mjøndalen IF is a prominent football club based in Mjøndalen, Viken, Norway. Competing in the Obos Ligaen, the club plays its home matches at the 4,350-capacity Consto Arena. After being relegated from the Eliteserien in 2021, Mjøndalen IF aims to reclaim its position as a top-tier team in Norwegian football.

Conteh’s prowess as a striker has earned him recognition both domestically and internationally. With notable stints in the Sierra Leone Premier League, including standout performances for FC Kallon and East End Lions, Conteh has established himself as a formidable force on the field. His recent achievements include clinching the Golden Boot award and the Player of the Season title, highlighting his exceptional talent and dedication.

Having represented Sierra Leone at the national level, Conteh is poised to make his mark on the international stage with his move to Mjøndalen IF.
