Bhantal FC intensified its pre-season preparations as the first-team squad is presently undergoing gym session designed to build strength, power and endurance ahead of the new campaign.

The session led by the club’s fitness and coaching staff, focused on injury prevention through controlled strength work and on improving players’ explosive capacity for match situations.

The program aims to raise the squad’s baseline level of physical preparedness so players can maintain intensity across 90 minutes. Emphasis on strength and explosive training reduces the risk of muscle injuries while improving acceleration, jump power and overall match sharpness. The conditioning elements target the team’s ability to perform repeated high-effort actions during games.

The coaching staff framed the gym work as one component of a wider preseason plan that includes pitch sessions, tactical drills and controlled friendly fixtures. Fitness staff explained the approach is periodical to balance load and recovery, ensuring players progressively adapt without overtraining.

The squad responded positively, showing high energy and focus through each set. Improved physical conditioning is expected to translate into greater match intensity, quicker transitions, and stronger defensive and attacking duels. The club has made physical resilience a priority to sustain performance across the full season.

The team will integrate these gym sessions with on-pitch tactical work over the coming weeks and schedule controlled friendlies to test match readiness. Fitness metrics will be tracked to tailor individual workloads and ensure peak condition at the start of the competitive campaign.
