Mighty Blackpool has defeated Wilberforce FC to mark their second straight win in the Leone Rock Premeir League win at the SLFA Academy in Kingtom.

Foday Kpaka and Alhassan Noble Daramy give the “Tis Tass” a comfortable three points to escape relegation zone each contributing a goal to seal the win.

The match itself was a display of intense competition and strategic maneuvering by both teams.  Wilberforce FC put up a valiant fight but a mistake for their Goalkeeper ultimately fell short against a determined Mighty Blackpool side.

The win comes following their recent success over Kholifa Stars have secured a second straight win in the Sierra Leone.

After the  victory against Wilberforce Strikers , The sum of NL10,000 (Ten million old Leones)  was presented as a moral booster to the Players and officials.
Mighty Blackpool skipper Foday Bundu received the cash on behalf of the players and officials.
