East End Lions have announced the the permanent signing of former Freetown City FC midfielder and captain, Edward Thullah aka Putu.
Putu joins the 14-time Sierra Premier League winners on an undisclosed three-year deal with an option to extend for a further year.

“I know a lot about this great club, having played against many times. I know the manager and most of my new teammates. I know I will have a smooth transition in the team. I’m here to help the team achieve its goals and this team has what it takes to meet those expectations,” he continued.
Putus has developed into one of the best attacking midfielders and playmakers in the country’s top management and has collected the most limited man awards in the current league.

The player is expected to make his official debut at home against Ports Authority FC on Friday 14 April 2023 in the opening game of the second round of the 2022/23 Sierra Leone Premier League.
