The Executive Chairman of Bo Rangers Football Club, Babadi Kamara has made materials and cash donation to the diamond stars football club and part of his goodwill venture.
The materials donated include twenty (20) footballs, two(2)set of training bibs and a cash of Fourty Thousand New Leones (40,000) Fourty Million Old Leones (40,000,000).
The donation became a reality as a result of the Chairman of the Kono District Football Association, Abu Bakar Mandalay’s effort of pushing the game in the district together with his executive members.
He engaged the Chairman of Bo Rangers Football Club, Babadi Kamara to extend his assistance to Diamond Stars Football Club for which Kamara acted urgently to Donate the above items mentioned earlier and a cash.
It was also reported that, this is not the first time for such donations have come from Babadi Kamara as under the previous executive headed by the chairman now minister of Local Government Tamba Lamina, Babadi has salvage so many issues for Diamond stars, that include, paying of salaries, buying pairs of boots, match balls and other motivations to players and executives.
Since this new executive of the Kono district football association came into office the chairman and football clubs had benefited from philanthropist Babadi Kamara, he donated Standard match Balls two month ago to the 10 division one (1)clubs in Kono and also boost the kono District Football Association on their just concluded under 12,under 14 and District league Competitions.
Report also has it that, Babadi Kamara, hailed from Yengema Town, Nimikoro Chiefdom in Kono District who is always opened to the call of his people in the district.
