Ibrahim Jalloh from the Lunsar Cycling Team has claimed third position in the recently held Ride Afrique Cycling competition in Accra, Ghana.
Jalloh’s teammate, Moses Kamara took the fourth position following Jalloh closely behind.
The competition welcomed over 20 professionals from various cycling teams in Africa in the 2025 edition of cycling at the Accra Sports Stadium Circuit in Ghana.
The competition is part of the Ride Afrique’s mission to promote the culture of cycling in Africa.
The Lunsar Cycling Team is Sierra Leone’s largest cycling club based in the northern town of Lunsar in Port Loko District. The team, which was founded in 2015, boasts of over 30 riders from various parts of the country. The team is well-known for their representation in international competitions and the organising of Sierra Leone’s most famous cycling competition, the Tour de Lunsar.
